Welly Chicken Soup is a plush toy shaped like a bowl of chicken soup. It's predominantly teal with a bright yellow top, suggesting a warm bowl of soup. Welly has a friendly face with rosy cheeks and a smile, and features a spoon sticking out of the soup, adding to its cheerful design.
In my free time, I will happily go volunteer at our local soup kitchen and help those in need, I find that a nice bowl of chicken noodle soup always warms the soul! I always encourage my fellow Palm Pals to do the same as well!

Returns Are Not Accepted for Opened Parcels or Perishable Goods

Due to health and safety, hygiene, and cross-contamination concerns, we do not accept returns on any food or beverage products from opened parcels under any circumstances.

No Returns on Custom or Personalised Items

Customised products (including personalised orders or made-to-order mixes) are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstance, as these are made specifically for your order.
Unopened Parcel Returns

If your parcel has not been opened or tampered with, and all items remain sealed, you may be eligible to return the parcel.

Returned parcels must arrive back at our warehouse within 14 days of delivery to you. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not reimburse return postage under any circumstances.
Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.

Please email us at info@twiceassweet.com.au to request cancellation. However, please be aware that order fulfilment may begin immediately after your order is received—especially if an express shipping option was chosen—so we cannot guarantee cancellation.

All cancelled orders are subject to a 9.7% fee, which covers the transaction fees that are non-refundable to us through our payment processor (Shopify/PayPal/Stripe).

If cancellation is approved, we will refund the order amount minus the transaction fee and original shipping cost, which is non-refundable as it has already been incurred.
Refund Timing

If a refund is approved and processed by us, please allow up to 14 business days for the funds to appear in your account. This is due to standard banking processes and is not something we can control or expedite.
