Returns Policy – Twice as Sweet (QLD, Australia)

At Twice as Sweet, we are committed to providing our customers with quality sweet treats and a great shopping experience. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a strict returns policy in place.

Returns Are Not Accepted for Opened Parcels or Perishable Goods

• Due to health and safety, hygiene, and cross-contamination concerns, we do not accept returns on any food or beverage products from opened parcels under any circumstances.

• This policy ensures the safety and quality of the items we provide to all our customers.

No Returns on Custom or Personalised Items

• Customised products (including personalised orders or made-to-order mixes) are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstance, as these are made specifically for your order.

Unopened Parcel Returns

• If your parcel has not been opened or tampered with, and all items remain sealed, you may be eligible to return the parcel.

• Please contact us first at info@twiceassweet.com.au before returning any items.

• Returned parcels must arrive back at our warehouse within 14 days of delivery to you. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not reimburse return postage under any circumstances.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.

• Please email us at info@twiceassweet.com.au to request cancellation. However, please be aware that order fulfilment may begin immediately after your order is received—especially if an express shipping option was chosen—so we cannot guarantee cancellation.

• All cancelled orders are subject to a 9.7% fee, which covers the transaction fees that are non-refundable to us through our payment processor (Shopify/PayPal/Stripe).

• If cancellation is approved, we will refund the order amount minus the transaction fee and original shipping cost, which is non-refundable as it has already been incurred.

Refund Timing

• If a refund is approved and processed by us, please allow up to 14 business days for the funds to appear in your account. This is due to standard banking processes and is not something we can control or expedite.

No Cancellations on Gift Cards

• Orders for gift cards are final. We are unable to cancel or refund gift card purchases under any circumstances.

Taste & Preference-Based Returns

• We do not issue refunds or accept returns for reasons of personal taste, preference, or expectations (e.g. “I didn’t like the flavour,” or “this snack wasn’t for me”).

• Taste is subjective and outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding.

Items Past Best Before Date

• Products clearly marked as past their best before date (such as clearance or Bargain Box items) are sold as-is and are non-refundable and non-returnable.

• These items are clearly labelled at the time of purchase.
